(G2 Threat level 3mm) All ballistic steel is laser cut only for precision and to maintain the ballistic integrity of the material. Don’t compromise your ballistic protection with plasma cutting. Finish: Powder coated.

  • Polyethylene Panel (PE)

    Polyethylene panel is the strongest and lightest solution available. Available thickness: 6mm, 9mm, 11mm. (G2 Threat Level 6mm) Panel is water cut to produce a precision cut without any edge delamination and maintains its integrity to its outer edge. Finish: Raw, Poly coated, 1000D PU backed nylon.

  • Aramid Panel

    Aramid panel is available in the following Thickness: 8mm, 11mm (G2 Threat Level 8mm) Panel is water cut to produce a precision cut without any edge delamination and maintains its integrity to its outer edge. Finish: Poly coated and 1000D PU backed nylon.

  • Aramid/PE Panel Combination

    Aramid/Polyethylene panel is available in the following Thickness: 7mm, 11mm (G2 Threat Level 7mm) Panel is water cut to produce a precision cut without any edge delamination and maintains its integrity to its outer edge. Finish: Poly coated and 1000D PU backed nylon.

  • Soft Aramid Panel

    100mm box stitched 1000D PU backed nylon. Precision CNC cut.

  • G2 Ballistic Glass

    ACE Armoured Vehicles ballistic curvature glass is of the highest quality available in clarity and ballistic protection. (G2 Threat Level 27.9mm) Manufactured with OEM ceramic styling and desired tint. Meets design rules ADR Standard 8.

  • Polyurethane Hybrid Coatings

    ACE Armoured Vehicles utilises the same coatings used in US Defence and only available from our company. Fuel tank coating and specific panel coatings.
